Hongwei Qu, Ph.D.

Dr. H. Qu has over 20 years of experience in MEMS device and technology development. His current research interests include integrated MEMS devices and their applications. He has been collaborating with numerous researchers on and off campus in a number of multidisciplinary projects.

Dr. Peng Qu
Peng graudated with his Ph.D. degree in Spring 2015. Previously, he obtained his M.S. degree from this same group in 2011. He is with InvenSense, San Jose, California.

Sathish RajasekaranPeng Qu
Dr. Rajasekaran is currently with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. He graduated in 2015.
 

Dr. Jamshid Khazaai
Dr. Khazaai joined Bourns as a senoir engineer in the R&D department upon his graduation in 2012.

 

Dr. Mohd Haris
Dr. Mohd Haris graduated from MEMS Group at Oakland University in 2010. His researh topics were CMOS-MEMS piezoresistive devices. Currently he is an Associate Professor and Director of Nanotechnology Center at Technology University of Petronas (UTP), Malaysia.

Rachid Aboukasm
Rachid graduated with his Master of Science degree from MEMS Group in 2011. His thesis was on design and simulation of a piezoelectric MEMS energy harvester. Rachid is currently an engineer at General Motors (GM) Technology Center located in Warren, Michigan.
