      Hongwei Qu, Ph.D.  
       Dr. H. Qu has over 20 years of experience in MEMS device and technology development. His current research interests include integrated MEMS devices and their applications. He has been collaborating with numerous researchers on and off campus in a number of  multidisciplinary projects.

            Haris 
            Dr. Mohd Haris graduated from MEMS Group at Oakland University in 2010. His researh topics were CMOS-MEMS piezoresistive devices. Currently he is an Associate Professor and Director of Nanotechnology Center at Technology University of Petronas (UTP), Malaysia.   |

          Rachid Aboukasm  
            Rachid graduated with his Master of Science degree from MEMS Group in 2011. His thesis was on design and simulation of a piezoelectric MEMS energy harvester. Rachid is currently an engineer at  General Motors (GM) Technology Center   located in Warren, Michigan.   |
